Our Pastor`s Mike and Sue Long were married in 1989 and from the beginning served in the ministry. Starting feeding homeless downtown Indianapolis, Indiana with Open Arms Ministry. They built a food pantry and two sleeping rooms in the basement of their home. That was the beginning. Soon they were involved with The Compassion Center (Mission on Wheels) there Mike was first ordained by Brother Tom Elliott. Mike begin to minister at the Indiana Boys School as a volunteer Chaplin.

    From there they founded the Warriors for Christ Motorcycle Ministry reaching out in the highways and byways. Everything from bike rally's to jails and prisons. Taking Jesus to the streets.

    Mike became Youth Pastor,and Sue Sunday School Teacher at a C.O.G in Indianapolis and from there learned that the main stream denominational church was not for them.

    God began dealing with them on starting a church. A place where real people with real problems could go without all the CHURCH GAMES!.

At first they rejected the idea by using excuses. (no money. no building, no congregation etc...)  But before they knew it they open the church in a small insurance building with a total number of two members. (themselves)  The church was first called The Warriors in Christ Fellowship, but now exists as simply The Fellowship. ( our name says it all )

    The Fellowship now exists as a non denominational church at a store front  in the inner city of Indianapolis, Indiana. Its main purpose is to train up people to reach the place where they understand the purpose that God created them, and from there help them to fulfill that purpose in discipleship, worship and reaching out to a lost and dying world. As the video showed you, we are not about buildings, big temples or sitting in pews. We are the Church. The church that will reach out to this world to share the love of Jesus in any way that we can possibly do it.  JUST DO IT !
